Diversify Finance - Webinar

Diversify Finance wants to better prepare and connect university students across Sweden to increase the pipeline of diverse talent in Stockholm’s financial industry, along with strengthening the network of existing underrepresented professionals in Stockholm, through mentorship, speaker series, workshops, and other events.

Mentorship Program

Pairing university students from underrepresented backgrounds (across Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Lund) with young professionals in investment banking and private equity. Mentors will have just completed internships and gone through the recruitment process, and therefore can provide the most relevant advice. This will expand to additionally pair young, diverse finance professionals in Stockholm with senior leaders in the local industry in order to build a stronger community.

It does not matter what program you are studying, only that you are passionate about getting a job in the financial industry! The goal is to help those who come from different or underrepresented backgrounds be better prepared for interviews and understand what job options are available. Mentors will be working at banks and firms across the US and Europe.

If you are a student at KTH with one or more years remaining in your program, you are eligible to be assigned a mentor that works in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Asset Management, to coach and help you through the internship, full-time, and overall recruiting process. Please attend the digital information session if you are interested.

Thereby, they will be holding a webinar via Zoom 5th of October where the various details will be explained.

Please apply by submitting your CV (including your grades) to the following mail and Diversify Finance will provide you with further information.
